Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "dgd33", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our" refers to dgd33 and its operators, as applicable.
• "You", "the Player", or "the User" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers, or uses the dgd33 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player on dgd33, used to access the platform's betting, casino, and gaming services.
• "Services" means all products, features, games, betting markets, promotions, and tools made available through the dgd33 platform.

Acceptance of Terms

dgd33 employs automated and manual age verification procedures, including KYC document review. Account Registration

One account per player. Each individual may hold only one active dgd33 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held across all related accounts. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the account recovery process rather than creating a new account.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at registration and during subsequent updates remains accurate and up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in account suspension and the withholding of funds pending investigation.

dgd33 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for the refusal.

Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your dgd33 account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number or email address.

• Do not share your login credentials with any other person, including family members, friends, or any third party claiming to represent dgd33.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available from your account security settings.
• Always log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Notify dgd33 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

dgd33 will never contact you by phone, email, or any other channel to request your full password, OTP codes, or payment method PINs. Any communication purporting to be from dgd33 that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

dgd33 will not be held liable for any financial losses arising from your failure to adequately protect your account credentials, provided that we have fulfilled our own security obligations.

Deposits and Payments

dgd33 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on the selected payment method and network conditions.

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• dgd33 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once the funds have been credited to your dgd33 account. Contact support if you believe an error has occurred before using the funds.
• dgd33 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds if a deposit is flagged by our fraud prevention systems.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to verified payment methods that have been previously used to deposit funds into the same dgd33 account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within 1 to 24 hours, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, dgd33 may require you to complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. This involves submitting a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document and, where applicable, proof of address and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

Bonuses and Promotions

By claiming a bonus, you agree to the applicable wagering requirements and conditions.

Betting and Gaming Rules

Prohibited Conduct
